delivery questions

To track the status of your order: After logging in, click on your username (My Account tab) in the upper right corner of the homepage, then click on the "My Orders" button in the menu that opens. Once the new page loads, click on the "View" button next to the order you want to query the status of. You can see the status of your order in the details on the page that opens. To check the status of your orders that have been dispatched, click on the "Cargo Tracking" button in the order details. Additionally, you can contact the relevant shipping company with your "Tracking Code" included in the e-mail and SMS notifications that will be sent to you when your order gets dispatched, or you can follow the status of your package by visiting the website
It varies according to the country of delivery and the quantity of products ordered. You can check the shipping cost of your order at checkout and payment page. * Customs duty fees may vary depending on your order and the country of delivery. The obligation to pay customs duty depends on the policies of the country of delivery. It is not Modanisa's responsibility to pay taxes on any customs-cleared order.
Cash on Delivery payment method is available for orders up to $120 and a service charge of $6.90 must be paid to the delivery courier.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal. We do not accept payment via bank transfer.
We pride ourselves in providing a highly secure and safe shopping for our customers. All your Credit card details are encrypted from your bank and the safe payment gateway, hence no information is shared or saved by us.

Common questions

Yes! Orders can be cancelled by calling our Customer Care Center and providing them with your order number and contact details.
Your orders are handed over to the relevant shipping companies within 24 hours. Items with a hanger icon on their image are pending for suppliement. In case there is/are item/s pending for supply in your order, the shipping period may vary. You can view the estimated suppliement period from "My Orders" menu.
Once we receive your returned item we will notify you and start with the Refund Process immediately. However, it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the payment and to reflect it into your account. For COD customers, our Customer Care Center will request your bank account details by e-mail in order to transfer your refund. For Credit Card Customers, refund will be transfered directly back to the bank account that was used for purchasing. For Paypal Customers, refund will be sent back to your Paypal accout that was used for the purchase. Note: Service fees such as Cash on Delivery Fees and Shipping Fees are not refunded.
